David M. Mahmalji
​
Managing Director with a four-decade career in oil & gas. David was with Hunt Oil Company (HOC) in various financial and operational capacities over 33 years with a strong emphasis in international business development. While at HOC, he served as country manager in 11 countries on four different continents in Europe, Middle East, SE Asia, Africa and South America, including 4-yrs in Guyana. His wife of 30 years is a Guyanese woman entrepreneur, (together they have 3 children with dual-US Guyanese citizenship). He has remained active in Guyana as a property owner with extensive governmental contacts, including strong personal and social relationships with many of Guyana’s leading families as well as long-term working relations with ExxonMobil, TOTAL & other in-country oil and services companies. In addition to his career at HOC David served Hillwood Energy (Ross Perot) as country manager in Kurdistan, Iraq before becoming Managing Director at MHM Holdings.

Jeffrey Van Putten

Jeffrey Van Putten is a developer, owner and manager of multiple real estate portfolios in Texas and Colorado, extensive work in oil and gas venture development, capital raising, acquisition and disposition. For more than ten years Jeffrey headed Consolidated Capital Group, a firm that managed capital raises for several small cap companies; brought numerous companies from inception to the NASDAQ Bulletin Board for trading and provided Investor Relations and marketing for 25 plus actively traded companies.

He served as President and Chief Operating Officer for Thurston Energy in Dallas, Texas for 5 years and oversaw the operations and wind up of properties in Texas, Utah and North Dakota. He serves on several non-profit boards and is Co-Chair of the Guyana Task Force for the Bi-Lateral Chamber.

With more than 30 years of project management and operations, Jeffrey also brings decades of experience in financing, capital structuring, and management of corporate entities.
Homer Luther III

Experience gained at Security Capital Group, Verde Realty, and Santander Investment. Extensive experience in Argentina (9-yrs), Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Mexico and Paraguay.
Randall J. Connally

Investment Banking career with primary focus on deal structuring, partnerships, capital raising and asset sales with Bank of America, Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette, Credit Suisse, First Boston and Providence Capital. Consulting involving private and public equity, senior bank and mezzanine debt. Extensive experience in IPO’s and capital raising strategies.
Tom Elder

Seasoned consulting management experience for start ups to multi-billion dollar organizations both domestic and international including South America. Consulting experience in strategic planning, organizational development, process creation , acquisition assimilation and optimization. Corporate management experience with Frito-Lay and PepsiCo Foods International.
